What can you do when email does not work?

1. Check if you have internet connection (expl: try to open www.google.pl)
2. Restart the PC
3. Check if you have written user and pass without mistakes
4. If the above points didn't help, call us. We will help you with pleasure.

SPAM problems solution

There are two ways of decreasing the amount of SPAM that enter our PC:

1. Admin may set the email so that it erased SPAM but there is a risk that a good email would be erased.
2. Admin may set the email so that the SPAM would be thrown into a special box on your email server. Once you enter your email via webmail you can see those mails if they are all spams or if there is something important.

If you want to set Antispam on your email please write: antyspam@bluevision.pl
